Biography
Sebastian Paul was born in Warsaw, Poland in 1992. Sebastian Paul always had a love for music and even liked the sound of electronic music. But in 2008 he discovered the group 4 Srings with their track “Take Me Away, “ and from then on he was hooked on electronic music. He started listening to Armin Van Buuren, Paul Van Dyk, Markus Schulz and more. It seemed that all he listened to was electronic music. In 2010, Sebastian Paul got a program called Fruity Loops 9. Since then he started making progressive house. His first track was called “Release,” and it spawned 3 remixes from Alberto Matz, Flora, and Onisu. When it was released, it got support from Shingo Nakamura, Mizar B, Blend, and EcueD. His next track, “Sunrise,” was a groovy progressive trance track that received support from Jacob Henry and Bianco Soleil.
Then one day in 2012 he discovered an artist named Nocow; he loved Nocow’s sound so much that Sebastian started to produce chill-out and electronica. His first chill-out track, “Echoes,” was signed to Mojear Records and was featured on Mojear’s summer compilation , as well as the Chilled Series compilation. His First EP, “Rush hour” (Groove Butta Records), was a breakthrough for him. “Rush Hour” entered into the Top Beatport Charts and gained very positive reviews. A track from the EP, “Spiral” was supported by Ben Hoo, who played it at My Bestival and in his Funk to Frozen Chart on Beatport. His track Safari was supported by Robert Miles and played on the popular openlab.fm The future looks bright for this 23-year old electronic producer!
